Executive Chef Jessica Biederman
Hailing from South Carolina, Chef Biederman has honed her culinary skills in her home state’s most esteemed restaurants. After mastering Carolina Coastal Cuisine, she headed north, where she now cultivates seasonal menu changes for Bristol’s 150-seat dining room, in addition to supporting in-room and spa dining.
