Fly by helicopter, then board a luxury yacht to explore this wetland habitat, home to more than 80 species of birds and 4 endangered species of sea turtles. From January to mid March, a large population of Pacific grey whales travels here from Alaska to give birth in the warmer waters. In spring, it’s often possible to spot baby whales frolicking alongside their parents.
