Chicago Rare: Turkey to Go For a traditional touch, our Turkey to Go dinner includes a 6/7 kilogram (13/15 pound) roasted brined turkey with butter under skin, sausage and sage stuffing, green bean casserole, roasted sweet potatoes with marshmallows, Brussels sprouts with maple-sweetened apples and veal bacon, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, bread and butter, and pumpkin pie. A minimum of 48-hours notice is required.

Spuntino: Beef Shank To Go Our hearty, savoury option includes dishes with robust flavours: braised beef shank with beef jus, roasted rosemary potatoes, polenta with Parmesan fondue, Insalata dell’Orto and eggplant parmigiana. A minimum of 24-hours notice is required.
