Executive Chef
Chef Aniello Turco, affectionately referred to as Nello, is young yet experienced, talented yet inquiring, passionate yet precise, and is driven to change and challenge the culinary landscape. He spent time working with and learning from masters in Michelin-starred restaurants during his tenure, and later revolutionized and repositioned Mio at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, earning the restaurant a Michelin star under his leadership.

    Savour a delectable pre-show experience with Mimo’s fresh prix fixe dinner menu. For just USD 75 per person, relish three courses of Southern Italian classics, with options such as the Cheekee Farm Mixed Green Salad or Beef Carpaccio, the Catch of the Day or Radiatori, and a choice between a pre-dinner Cheese Board or the Modern Tiramisu. Additionally, we're pleased to offer complimentary valet service from 5:00 pm until the close of the evening.

    New Year’s Eve at Mimo

    Ring in the New Year at Mimo with a delectable four-course prix fixe dinner, featuring two seating options. The first seating is priced at USD 165 per person, while the later seating is USD 195 per person.     Join us for a festive holiday brunch at Mimo on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. In addition to Mimo's timeless brunch selections, you can delight in a variety of special brunch dishes, featuring indulgent options such as a Lobster, a Broadway Hash and more. For dinner, in addition to Mimo’s usual dinner menu, three exquisite entrée specials. These include Duck Confit, Diver Scallops and Mimo Rossini Beef, a 6-ounce Tenderloin served with Foie Gras, Plums and Truffle Glaze.
