The Big Night is Bacco’s monthly Sunday Supper series, an immersive dining experience that brings together acclaimed chefs and sommeliers from across the country, with a portion of proceeds benefiting No Kid Hungry. Born in China and raised in Michigan, Chef Mei Lin is the winner of Bravo’s Top Chef and the chef behind Los Angeles’ celebrated Nightshade. Joining her is Stuart Morris, one of the few non-Japanese natives to earn the title of Master of Sake, who has more than 25 years of expertise.

“The Big Night” | Chef Matt Peters

For September’s edition of The Big Night, Bacco welcomes award-winning Chef Matt Peters, the first American to win the prestigious Bocuse d’Or, alongside Bacco Director of Operations and Sommelier Nishaan Chavda for an evening centred around whole pig. Guests will enjoy a four-course, family-style tasting menu with expertly paired cocktails and wines.
