Effective August 20, 2021, per the City of San Francisco, access to the Fitness Center at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero is subject to: The presentation of a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, for all individuals who are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, to provide evidence of having received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine that has received full approval or emergency use authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or the World Health Organization; OR
A digital vaccine card issued by the State of California, CLEAR HealthPass, CommonPass or VaxYes.
