Under the shade of a wooden trellis, our rustic beachfront café is here to serve you all day. All items are prepared in a Josper oven, combining the juiciness of roasting with charcoal-grilled flavour.

For your safety and in line with the precautionary measures, you will be requested to show the Green Health code on Ehteraz App before entering. Temperature check will also be held for guests arriving in our restaurants and lounges.

Reservations in our restaurant and lounges are strictly required. Maximum party size per table will be 6 guests. Should the guests walk in, we encourage to take a seat in our lobby and call our Dining Reservations at +974 4494 8888 to make a reservation. Last minute reservations are subject to availability in respect to the guidelines from the Ministry of Public Health.

Born in Syria, Chef Jawad's first inspiration came from his roots while his brother guided him into the culinary world. After specializing in French cuisine, Jawad discovered his passion for Mediterranean food which brought him to this side of the world to showcase his expertise to every dish at the Pool & Grill.

“I sought a challenge, so I became expert in Mediterranean food – a style of cuisine completely different than the food I was raised with.”
