Head Chef at Pool & GrillBorn in Syria, Chef Jawad's first inspiration came from his roots while his brother guided him into the culinary world. After specializing in French cuisine, Jawad discovered his passion for Mediterranean food which brought him to this side of the world to showcase his expertise to every dish at the Pool & Grill.
