Chef Patrick, born and raised in Makati City, Philippines, is a dedicated Japanese specialty chef with many years of experience in esteemed establishments such as Nobu in Jeddah and luxury resorts in the Maldives and UAE, where he developed his solid expertise in Japanese cuisine and ingredient innovations.
