Helicopter transfer is subject to weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, luxury ground transportation will be provided, and a refund will be provided for the cost difference.

Cancellations received within 12 hours from the time of booking will be refundable with a 5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received after 12 hours from the time of booking but with a minimum of 7 days' notice will be refundable with a 7% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within four days (96 hours) of scheduled tour will be 50% refundable.
Cancellations received within three days (72 hours) of scheduled tour will be non-refundable.
