Executive Chinese Chef Neal Zeng honed his craft at Jin Sha, where he helped earn a Michelin star and Black Pearl three-diamond. In 2025, under his leadership, Song gained one Michelin star within its first year. Passionate about Ningbo cuisine, Chef Zeng’s signatures include Ningbo Marinated Crab and the popular Crispy Pigeon Leg with Dahongpao Pepper, blending innovation with tradition. Guided by seasonality, he brings fresh Ningbo flavours to Hangzhou’s culinary scene.
