Turkey To Go The specialty menu offers a slow-roasted, maple-cider-and-sage-brined turkey with orange hibiscus cranberry sauce and bread stuffing, and is served with brown sugar–glazed sweet potatoes, creamed corn casserole and creamy whipped potatoes in addition to a pumpkin pie and pecan tart for dessert plus appetizers, salads and butternut squash soup.
Mont d’Or at La Capitale Enjoy Mont D’or, a velvety seasonal French cheese that offers a subtle and earthy flavour. It is oven baked, allowing its natural creamy interior to melt beautifully, creating a smooth dip. Accompanying the Mont d'Or is a selection of potato nouvelle with a curated assortment of salami charcuterie on the side, which contrasts with the smoothness of the cheese.
