The Palace by the Sea, Reimagined
With a breathtaking location at the edge of the Atlantic, Four Seasons Hotel Rabat stands proudly at Kasr Al Bahr, meaning “Palace by the Sea.” Encompassing 5 hectares (12 acres), this sprawling complex was built at the end of the 18th century as the summer residence of Morocco’s Sultan Moulay Slimane. The palace later served as a military hospital before closing in 1999. Now, Four Seasons has restored and reimagined this magnificent property, including 11 buildings – six historic and five brand-new. Mesmerizing at every turn, it’s like stepping into an Arabian fairy tale, featuring Moorish architecture with domed rooftops, arched doorways and fountained courtyards. Experience a lifestyle of royal luxury at this one-of-a-kind ocean retreat.
