STANLEY XUExecutive Sous Chef
Chef Stanley found his passion for cooking at a young age and went on to work in esteemed kitchens after culinary school. For Stanley, Hangzhou is a fine example of “East meets West,” so here at Four Seasons he's serving up western classics in a Hotel known for its traditional Chinese architecture.
“I’m a fan of original and authentic flavours, therefore I'm more inclined to use fresh local ingredients in my creations."
