- Certified lifeguards are available at all times.
- The outdoor pool temperature is maintained between 27°C and 28°C.

- Children under the age of 14 may use both the indoor and outdoor pools between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm during the week, provided they are under the supervision of their parents.
- During regular operation, outdoor pool activities will end after sunset. During the months of July and August, nighttime swimming will be available with a lifeguard present to guarantee the safety of each guest.
