Beverage DirectorA native of Florence, Italy, Jacopo’s passion for mixology was sparked in the historic bars of his hometown. His journey led him to Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, where the Atrium Bar became a global favourite. After relocating to the US, Jacopo honed his craft as Head Mixologist and General Manager at 54 Mint in San Francisco, winning multiple accolades, including the National Italian Championship. Now, as Beverage Director at Four Seasons Hotel Miami, Jacopo continues to push the boundaries of innovation, blending his rich heritage with a flair for creativity, and ensuring every drink is designed to elevate guests’ experiences.
