Thanksgiving Dinner

An indulgent spread awaits as you celebrate a convivial Thanksgiving evening with friends and family. Begin the night with a complimentary cinnamon cider and savour delectable appetisers from the buffet before tucking in to your choice of entrée served à la minute. The evening culminates on a sweet note with our decadent spread of desserts at the suar wood buffet tables.

Mezze Dinner Buffet

The Mezze Dinner Buffet menu is available daily from November 10, 2014 and priced at SGD58 per person, including appetizer and dessert buffet spreads and one main course selection. End your evening with a bubbly note with Veuve Clicquot Champagne.

CHEF'S TABLE AND THE BUTCHER'S BLOCK

A unique kitchen-side experience awaits with the Chef's Table. Perfect for a group of up to 14 guests, the Chef's Table features two sharing menus which have been specially curated by Executive Chef Giovanni. A highlight of this experience is the Chef's Butcher's Block, where succulent cuts of steaks and meats are skillfully carved and served to guests at the dining table. The Chef's Table menus are available at SGD138 and SGD148.

Breakfast features a buffet of Asian and Western classics. From Monday to Saturday, an appetizer and dessert buffet is the highlight at lunch, with the option to choose a main course. Dinner presents a menu selection of salads, pizza, pasta and wood-fired steaks and seafood, as well as a decadently rich variety of homemade desserts. Sunday brunch offers an opportunity to relax and enjoy a feast for the senses – including an extensive selection of appetizers as well as buffet stations serving Asian and international delights – served with a free flow of champagne or non-alcoholic beverages.

Specialties

One-Ninety is the Hotel’s all-day bistro grill specializing in wood-fired steaks and seafood. The restaurant also offers a selection of local and international all-time favourites. On weekdays, the Mezze Lunch offers "diners on-the-go" a table of appetizers and desserts, with a three-course option that includes a main course.
