- Service was impeccable, extremely warm and professional, and delighted to accommodate even some non-standard requests. The common spaces (tea room, spa, restaurants) were beautifully designed and always full of guests: it was clear these areas attract and welcome. This hotel guarantees you an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay. A must for a business traveler, but also suitable for families (I have seen quite a few of them during my stay).
