Jiang-Nan ChunJiang-Nan Chun, the Hotel's Chinese restaurant, offers fine Cantonese cuisine. The restaurant's name translates as "South of the Yang Zi River during springtime," evoking images of a revered place where emperors and wealthy aristocrats read poetry while dining on the banks of the river. Jiang-Nan Chun's refreshing Art Deco look and Art Nouveau furnishings reflect the splendour and distinction of this inspirational name, as do the luxurious linen, fine bone china, crystal ware and silver cutlery. With seating for 88 guests, the restaurant also has three private dining rooms. Hangzhou, Suzhou and Yangzhou, named after famous cities in China, seat 14, 10 and 6 guests respectively. Savour signature dishes of braised abalone with kailan, paper-wrapped shark's fin with crabmeat, and double-boiled soups, finishing with an array of desserts. The weekend Oriental brunch, available on Saturdays and Sundays, is a veritable feast of the restaurant's 100 most popular dishes and dim sum creations, all in one sitting and in unlimited servings.
