The dive boats depart at 9:00 am for 2-tank certified divers and return at approximately 12:00 noon. All dives are guided boat dives and a variety of sites are offered each day. Scuba Safaris offers the following daily activities; fees apply.

Join local dive master Ellis Chaderton of Scuba Safaris for an exclusive day of diving, followed by a private beach dinner prepared by a Four Seasons chef.

Two to six certified divers will spend the day with the dive master and his crew of Nevisian lobster experts on a two-tank dive in the waters off St. Kitts and Nevis. Participants will be challenged to lasso their own lobsters, and later in the day will help prepare their catch at a lavish beach barbecue.

Begin the day with an orientation breakfast with the chef and the dive master, and then board a private dive charter at the Resort's pier. After the dive, enjoy your afternoon at leisure and then reconvene at sunset on the Resort's beach for cocktails and a cooking demonstration using local produce and ingredients. Take a turn at the grill, and then indulge in your catch of the day. Please contact the Resort for additional information.

The two-day, eight-hour Sail Laser programme includes a learning session and boat set-up demonstration on land, followed by a sailing demonstration out on the water. Available to guests aged seven and older, the programme features special boats to accommodate persons of all abilities. On completion of the course, participants receive a certificate, a micro-fibre long-sleeve shirt and a photo. To register, please sign up one day in advance at the Watersports Desk.

Deep-sea fishing charters are offered from 7:30 am to 11:30 am for groups of one to six people. Choose from a selection of certified fishing vessels.

The Caona is a 14-metre (47-foot) custom-built catamaran with a large foredeck, a covered area at the rear and a full, private washroom. Captain Lennox and mate Fitzroy offer half-day, full-day and sunset sails. Three-hour half-day trips depart at 10:00 am or 2:00 pm, and full-day trips leave at 10:00 am and return at 4:00 pm. All trips include towels, snorkelling equipment and an open bar. Full-day trips include a barbecue lunch at Paradise Beach.

Visit hidden snorkelling spots and experience warm-water volcanic vents before we treat you to a picnic of local fruit, pastries and refreshments on a tranquil beach.
