Park 75

Park 75’s marriage of various styles and rich textures produces a refreshing ambience. Sunlight mingles with the warm glow from custom light fixtures and iron candelabras, while a large commissioned watercolour evokes a sense of garden tranquillity.

Specialties

Executive Chef Robert Gerstenecker, known for his flair in creating contemporary dishes, maintains a precise touch, using the finest seasonal ingredients available from Atlanta and around the globe. Tasting menus are favourites at dinner, and classic meets contemporary with artistic desserts. The strong, concise wine list is primarily American, with a focus on red varieties and many boutique labels.

Up to 10 guests may be accommodated in the heart of the kitchen for Executive Chef Gerstenecker’s spectacular food and wine pairings for the "Chef’s Table," a "must do, must see" dining event.

A children’s menu is available at all meals. Special holiday menus are also available.

Events and promotions

Executive Chef Robert Gerstenecker hosts an interactive, hands-on cooking class in the kitchen. Each class has a fun theme, with recipes you can try out at home. Classes are scheduled monthly and space is limited.

Chocolate buffet
The acclaimed chocolate buffet at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta has returned by popular demand, and this year it’s more decadent than ever.

Each Friday from February 19 to March 26, 2010, starting at 9:00 pm and running until 12:00 midnight, Executive Chef Robert Gerstenecker of Park 75 will invite a local celebrity to join him in the kitchen. The celebrities will share their favourite chocolate recipes for guests to experience as part of the chocolate buffet, which includes up to 15 other chocolate desserts.

The 2010 line-up of celebrities includes:

  • Frank Ski, on-air personality, host of the top-rated Frank & Wanda in the Morning show and chairman of the Frank Ski Kids Foundation
  • Mychael Knight, fashion designer and Season 3 finalist on Bravo’s Project Runway;
  • John McFall, artistic director of Atlanta Ballet
  • Xernona Clayton, president and CEO of the Trumpet Awards Foundation
  • Emily Giffin, best-selling author of Something Borrowed, Something Blue, Baby Proof and Love the One You’re With
  • David York, owner of Barking Hound Village and executive director of Fulton County Animal Services

Live music

Every Wednesday and Thursday evening from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, enjoy the soulful sounds of Birmingham-based jazz guitarist Eric Essix. Wind down after a busy day by listening to renditions of jazz and R&B favourites, as well as music from Eric's own chart-topping recordings.
