Il Frantoio
Serving an authentic selection of Italian regional cuisine, this stylish specialty restaurant – one of the Resort's most popular –offers an intimate ambience. The terrace dining area overlooks the Red Sea and a lovely courtyard with a fountain. In the winter, the patio opens onto a fireplace and a fountain. Hand-cut ravioli, fresh grouper, veal au jus, and a tangy baby octopus salad are a few of the menu's highlights.
TRATTORIA ZANUSSO NIGHT
Typically on Saturdays, our lively Trattoria Nights offer a less formal Italian-style dining experience – with no printed menus. Instead, a wide selection of seasonally inspired dishes tempts all tastes. The Courtyard fountain is set with an impressive variety of antipasti, and interactive stations offer pasta, whole roasted seafood and premium meats, and a delectable display of desserts from our pasticceria. To make the evening even more engaging, our chefs pass beautifully prepared dishes straight from the kitchen to the tables and describe them to you.
To ensure that families enjoy a relaxing dinner, there is no children's policy in place on these special evenings. Please contact the Resort to confirm event scheduling.
