    Live like a Balinese Farmer

    A special 6-hour programme of traditional rural lifestyle that will give you a true insight into a day in the life of a Balinese farmer. Begin with a gentle morning trek through the Ayung valley followed by breakfast in a "bale" pavilion surrounded by rice terraces. Next, participate by planting some rice seeds, before witnessing the picking of coconuts and enjoying a drink of the fresh young fruit. A relaxing "batukali" river stone bathing ritual follows in our spa. The programme ends with lunch in our riverside "bale".

    A one-hour guided biking trip with our Health Club staff, taking you through the neighbouring village for a glimpse of "real" Balinese life.
