Reflecting the glamour of Palm Beach in a contemporary atmosphere, the Spa invites you into a secluded world, with plush lounge chairs and imported marble surrounding luxurious whirlpools.

The Sea Grass Room was designed for total privacy, with two treatment beds, a steam room and a lounging area. It is the perfect spot for a VIP couple's experience, a special moment for couples or for a mother and daughter to reconnect.

The Spa's Willow Room offers an update on the traditional barber shop – a private gentlemen's haven in which to experience a straight razor shave, nail services or hair styling while watching a favourite show on the 106-centimetre (42-inch) flat-screen television. The area is also available for couples and small groups.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to ensure an unhurried spa experience.

Cancellations

To avoid a charge, please provide four hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointments.

In-room massage and spa services

Massages can be performed in the guest room for an additional fee.

Note:

Children ages 12 to 16 who wish to use the Spa's facilities must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For massage and facial treatments, guests ages 12 to 15 require a parent or guardian to be present during the service. No minimum age applies for salon services, but children under 16 require parental approval and children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
