Presidential Suite
Famed architect I.M. Pei came out of retirement to preside over the remodelling of Presidential Suites 5101 and 5102, completed in 2006. Located on the 51st floor of the Hotel, these one-of-a-kind signature suites offer spectacular views of the city and Central Park from floor-to-ceiling bay windows and furnished balconies. The suites are accessed by a private elevator.
- The living areas feature working marble gas fireplaces, satinwood games tables, original oil paintings and plasma televisions. Surround sound is provided throughout the suites. Suite 5102 also features a baby grand piano.
- The full marble bathroom in each suite has a deep soaking tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, two sinks, a plasma television and a private changing room. Bathroom faucets feature rock crystal handles. A guest powder room is located off the living area.
