- The living area features a comprehensive entertainment centre with CD player, television, VCR and PlayStation.
- The master bedroom is separated from the living area by a solid wood door and is furnished with a four-poster bed made of English sycamore.
- The full marble bathroom includes a deep soaking tub that fills in 60 seconds, a glass-enclosed shower, a television and a foyer area for changing; a guest powder room is located off the living area.
