This Michelin two-star French restaurant is one out of an elite nine in all of New York City. L'Atelier, whose name refers to an artist's studio, emphasizes chef Joël Robuchon's hallmark of highly refined clockwork precision.
At our signature French restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, watch culinary artists at work in an open kitchen. With only 20 seats at the pear wood counter, it’s an exclusive view, enhanced by a glistening interior that blends the style of French designer Pierre-Yves Rochon with the iconic architecture of I.M. Pei.
But it is legendary chef Joël Rubuchon’s menu that is the real show. Try the much beloved truffled mashed potatoes, a new seasonal dish, or create your own multi-course experience from the nightly tasting menu.
