Getting there is half the fun on this exclusive culinary adventure at Maui’s famed Hana Ranch. Soar by helicopter above towering waterfalls and rainforest peaks – and peer into Haleakala, the dormant volcano that composes 75 percent of the island – before touching down on Hana Ranch.
MEET YOUR PRODUCE
The Ranch staff will greet you on arrival with a freshly made ginger beer as well as exotic local fruits. Guided by a cultural expert, your expedition continues with a behind-the-scenes tour of this working ranch and nearby private farm, known for its organic, sustainably grown local produce. The farm is exclusively available to Four Seasons Maui guests.
Next, choose a customized option to explore the ranch – from mountain biking or hiking to a UTV tour. Head down into Hana Town via private car service to see famous sites like the Waianapanapa Black Sand Beach or Hamoa Beach.
A PICTURESQUE FEAST
After working up an appetite, return to the farmhouse for the main event: a multi-course lunch personally prepared by Four Seasons Executive Chef Craig Dryhurst and Hana Ranch Chef Gary Johnson. This thoughtful meal includes the freshest farm and ranch offerings. The duo will even customize each dish to your personal taste preferences. Your feast is served in the ranch’s picturesque farmhouse, accompanied by a bottle of wine hand-selected by a Four Seasons sommelier to complement Maui’s freshest flavours. Finally, as the day of your Hana adventure and culinary surprises comes to a close, you will return to the Resort via private helicopter.
