The new moon is a time of commencement, new beginnings and renewal. Comprising a Veli Modun Coconut and Maldivian Sand Scrub, a Shanthoshadhara ("flowing happiness") Massage and a Night Sky Facial, this sensual ritual helps to eliminate toxins and balance emotions, allowing body, mind and soul to reflect, relax and renew.

Nourish
The waxing moon is a good time to nourish and strengthen the body.
