Fairfield Room Our signature room, the Fairfield provides an intimate and warm setting for your wedding celebration. This room offers a romantic location for a seated dinner for 60 guests or an elegant private reception for up to 80. Advance booking and space confirmationWe recommend booking one year in advance. Cancellation policyAfter acceptance of the booking by the Hotel, a 100% cancellation fee will be due should the event be cancelled. The fee will be based on banquet pricing in effect at the time when notification of cancellation is received by the Hotel.
