Caprice
Caprice, our 100-seat French restaurant, overlooks spectacular Victoria Harbour and Kowloon peninsula. Its design integrates guest seating into the open kitchen, providing an on-site show of chefs at work and allowing delicious aromas to accompany the dining experience. The menu of authentic French cuisine offers dishes that are light and refreshing, yet rich in taste and flavour.
Elegant décor and intuitive Four Seasons service contribute to making Caprice unforgettable. The restaurant also includes an adjoining bar and lounge area for cocktails and three private dining rooms with seating for up to 16 guests.

Australian winter black truffles The Périgord black truffle has long been prized for its pungent aroma, distinctive flavour and the fact that it is only available for a few months in winter each year. Now, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is offering you the chance to enjoy a taste of fresh Périgord truffles during the summer months.
Working with Perigord Truffles of Tasmania, the producer of Australia’s highest-quality truffles, Four Seasons is introducing the tuber melanosporum, the same variety of black truffle produced in Europe in the winter season.
