Le MistralLocated on the lobby level of the Hotel, this casually sophisticated Argentinian bistro has an informal yet elegant feeling underscored by its black-and-white marble floors, wooden tables and leather-covered walls and chairs. Le Mistral offers inspired local cuisine created by Executive Chef Matthias Zumstein and a variety of Argentinian wines by the glass. SpecialtiesBreakfast features a buffet including local items such as dulce de leche and maté, as well as a complete à la carte menu. At dinner, experience local delicacies like ancas de rana, mixed grill Mistral parrilla, slow-braised beef ribs and acclaimed Kobe beef from animals raised in the pampas of Argentina. Pastry Chef Santiago Marafuschi creates unique desserts such as warm coconut pudding, pineapple marinated in cardamom and honey ice cream.
