Held every Saturday morning during the warm weather months, our poolside yoga program is guided by expert instructors from Baltimore's popular CorePower Yoga and designed for students of all levels. Promising to invigorate, reduce stress, lengthen and tone, this is the perfect kick-off to a memorable weekend in Charm City.

The latest fitness obsession! Enjoy standup paddleboard yoga with the city’s Inner Harbor as your picturesque backdrop. A blend of Vinyasa yoga and Pilates, this unique, fun class is open to all fitness levels and features lengthening and strengthening poses, balance postures and breathing techniques, along with both core and flexibility training.
