Ski Concierge
The Ski Concierge is located in a separate building at the base of the Vista Bahn chairlift, just a short walk on a heated pathway or a quick shuttle ride from Four Seasons Resort Vail.
Overview
The three-storey building features a full-service concierge team, available to assist Four Seasons guests with equipment rentals, ski lessons, maps, weather reports, ski condition information and more. The building also includes a full retail store operated by Gorsuch. Family owned and operated, Gorsuch is a premier Vail Valley fashion and lifestyle retailer with seven stores in Colorado mountain towns, including three in the Vail Valley.
Upon check-in to the Resort, guests who wish to ski will be fitted with appropriate boots and skis by a Gorsuch boot fitter. Their information will then be transferred via computer to the Ski Concierge building, where their boots and skis will be selected and placed in a locker corresponding to their guest room. These state-of-the-art lockers, imported from Switzerland, feature a system that air-dries boots and gear. When a guest arrives at the Ski Concierge, their pre-fitted boots and skis are presented, with boots warmed and skis expertly waxed and tuned to suit the day’s conditions and the skier’s preferences. Before hitting the slopes, guests can enjoy complimentary fresh-baked muffins and coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
