Chef's Table

Get behind the scenes for a unique culinary experience at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. The chef's table, located in the garde manger, is a stainless steel work surface transformed into a dining table seating 10 to 16 guests.

Our chef creates a personalised five-course menu, each course expertly paired with wines from our extensive wine list. After dinner, guests will enjoy a guided tour of the kitchen, including chocolate tasting in the Chocolate Room.


The chef's table is offered Tuesdays to Saturdays from 7:00 pm. For reservations, please call 61 (2) 9250-3306. A 10-guest minimum applies, and a deposit is required at time of booking.

Kable's, the Hotel's premier restaurant, offers a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. Located on level two and accessed from the lobby's sweeping grand staircase, Kable's brasserie-style cusine features a range of gourmet appetisers, pasta, risotto, meat, fresh seafood and desserts. Kable's wine cellar boasts an extensive list of fine wines. It seats 120, with private dining rooms available for 10 to 40 guests, and a chef's table in the kitchen with seats for up to 16 guests.
