Le Sirenuse Miami
The first development of the Michelin-starred restaurant at the iconic Le Sirenuse resort beyond its base in Positano on Italy's Amalfi Coast, Le Sirenuse Miami brings to Surfside a cornucopia of genuine Mediterranean flavors and dolce vita style. Custom designed by Joseph Dirand within the historic heart of The Surf Club, Le Sirenuse Miami invites you to dine inside the elegant, palm-fringed restaurant, or on the outdoor terrace with ocean views; the same once enjoyed by Frank Sinatra and Winston Churchill.
The flavorsome Mediterranean dishes offered at Le Sirenuse Miami exalt Italy’s seasonal, customary flavors and fresh fish and seafood traditions. Carefully-sourced ingredients will include heirloom varieties such as the succulent Pomodorino di Piennolo tomatoes cultivated on the lower slopes of Mount Vesuvius.

One of Italy’s brightest gastronomic talents, 32-year-old Antonio Mermolia discovered his metier at his family’s boutique hotel in Calabria and honed his craft in Sicily before moving to New York in 2012. His mission is to capture the "richness and depth that can be found in the simplest Southern Italian recipes."
Le Sirenuse opened in 1951, when the Sersale family decided to turn their Amalfi Coast summer house in the ‘vertical town’ of Positano into a stylish small hotel. Today the 58-room resort is considered one of Italy’s leading seaside luxury hotels, though it still retains the intimate, cultured atmosphere of a private home.
