Water Sports
Located at the tip of Sinai, Sharm El Sheikh is one of the world’s most accessible and vibrant resort destinations for snorkelling and scuba diving. It is home to abundant marine life, much of it unique to the Red Sea waters, including turtles, sharks, lionfish, rays, eels and many others. The Resort’s two jetties allow divers, snorkellers and swimmers easy access to the clear waters and coral gardens of the nearby reef, which boasts an extensive variety of fauna, ranging from soft and hard coral to starfish, sea urchins, parrotfish, lionfish and moray eels.
Beach Activities
A 100-metre (328-foot) stretch of smooth white sand, the Resort’s beach is exclusively for guests of Four Seasons. The azure waters range in temperature from 20 to 29ºC (68 to 84ºF), and chilled towels, ice water and facial spritzes are offered on an hourly basis. Beach towels and chaises longues are available for complimentary use.
Snorkelling
Stunning corals and reef fish can be observed at the Resort's house reef, with access off the Resort's swimming and snorkelling jetty. Full- or half-day snorkelling excursions are also available. A number of good snorkelling spots can be found along the coast. Access to housereef is complimentary, while others are charge as a snorkeling trip fee.The Diving Centre provides snorkelling for all levels and requirements. Luxury boats are available for full- or half-day trips to explore distant offshore reefs. All snorkelling excursions are guided by Sinai Blues instructors, who provide information and ensure safety.
Yachts
The Diving Centre offers two large yachts, the 24-metre (79-foot) M.Y. Virginia and the 17-metre (56-foot) M.Y. Sanafir Waver. Simply lie back and relish the scenery, or celebrate special occasions with group lunches, birthday parties, cocktails, sunset cruises or romantic dinners.
