River-View Two-Bedroom Pool Villa
Set back far enough from the Ayung River to keep the villa private while still carrying the sound of its rush, this 1,320-square-metre (14,208-square-foot) two-bedroom villa spans indoor and outdoor living and looks out over cascading rice terraces that fall away to the river’s edge. Much larger than our other villas, it offers ultimate privacy alongside a meditation area tuned to the river, a generous outdoor living room, and a private pool.
Garden Pool Villa
Surrounded by hillside gardens, this 350-square-metre (3,767-square-foot) villa spans indoor and outdoor living. Settle into the canopy bed, step into the walk-in closet, or soak in the marble bathroom's freestanding bathtub, before the day carries you out to your private pool and sun terrace.
Royal Three-Bedroom Pool Villa
Set back from the Ayung River yet with sweeping views to keep the villa private while still carrying the sound of its rush, the Royal Villa spans 2,125 square metres (22,873 square feet) across two storeys and three bedrooms of indoor and outdoor living, looking out over cascading rice terraces that fall away to the river’s edge. Our most spacious villa, it offers ultimate privacy alongside two dedicated dining areas, an air-conditioned dining room and an open-air pavilion with an entertainer’s kitchen. Large terraces and upper balconies give way to valley views that unfold below around a central private pool.
Premier Family Suite
Recently renovated throughout, this 216-square-metre (2,328-square-foot) suite sits just steps from the Resort’s restaurants and spa, its living area finished in natural woods, hand-loomed textiles, and an earthy palette drawn from Ubud’s rice terraces. A dedicated kids’ room sits alongside, with views across the Ayung River Valley and its rice fields.
Riverfront Pool Villa
Set right on the banks of the Ayung River, this 340-square-metre (3,660-square-foot) villa spans indoor and outdoor living, with the sound of the water never far away. Settle into the canopy bed, step into the walk-in closet, or soak in the marble bathroom’s freestanding bathtub, before following riverside path out to your own private pool.
Premier Duplex Suite
Recently renovated throughout, this 170-square-metre (1,834-square-foot) suite spans two levels of indoor and outdoor living in the Resort’s main building. Natural woods, hand-loomed textiles, and an earthy palette drawn from Ubud’s rice terraces furnish the living and dining area and bedroom, opening onto a private sun terrace overlooking the Ayung River Valley.
