For meetings and social occasions, Four Seasons Santa Barbara is a distinguished resort setting for groups of 10 to 350. Over 15,000 square feet (1,393 square metres) of space is divided among two ballrooms and 12 function rooms.

The Loggia Ballroom in the main building opens to an outdoor patio ideal for receptions. Other rooms range in size from 400 to 2,800 square feet (37 to 260 square metres), and most open onto a terrace or garden for breakouts or pre-function events.

Smaller groups may find the space and privacy of a garden cottage to be ideal. Cottages feature up to four bedrooms, comfortable gathering places and a sheltered patio.

An experienced Four Seasons Conference Services Managers assumes responsibility for every aspect of your function, ensuring a successful meeting, reception or banquet.

Technical assistance

Swank Audiovisual maintains an office in the Resort with audiovisual equipment and technicians. They and your Four Seasons coordinator ensure a problem-free presentation.

Up-to-date audiovisual equipment includes:

• Projection booths, front and rear
• Lecterns with light and sound control
• Dedicated telephone lines available on request
• Motion picture projectors, slide projectors, overhead projectors
• Mono, stereo and multi-track tape recorders
• Video cameras, video projectors, video players

Music and entertainment

Our Conference Service Managers will be happy to assist with setting up any type of music or entertainment for your meeting.

Receiving and maintenance

The Resort features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of a group's name and its Conference Service Manager. Limited space is available for storage of large items. Please time shipping to the dates of your arrival.

Post-conference shipping
Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through your Conference Service Manager.

Maintenance
The Engineering Department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
