Seasons is a casually elegant, stylish dining room serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant combines premier cuts of meat and the freshest seafood in a seasonally changing menu that brings innovation and refinement to the steakhouse concept. Seasons’ open kitchen provides a first-hand glimpse into the true art of California cuisine. The vibrant décor, accented by dramatic dark blue Norwegian granite, features an extensive collection of artwork, rich wood panelling and floor-to-ceiling windows. Expansive views of downtown San Francisco are offered from all 110 seats.

Windows, Seasons’ private dining room, is ideal for entertaining up to 18 guests. It is the perfect venue for hosting family, social and business occasions.

Lighter preparations of creative side dishes allow the fresh locally grown and organic produce to shine. In addition to these customisable accompaniments, the menu offers a seasonally changing surf ’n’ turf (steak and seafood) tasting menu that is unique in the San Francisco steakhouse genre. With this three-course tasting menu, each plate offers diners an opportunity to enjoy two smaller portions of complementary dishes, all expertly paired with a glass of wine.

The extensive, expertly crafted wine list, emphasising California’s boutique wineries, now includes a surf ’n’ turf section – specially selected wines pair with “From the Land” and “From the Sea” menu items.
