General information
Our Fitness Centre has been expanded to 289 square metres (3,114 square feet), and is furnished with new Technogym equipment.
Cardio equipment features ergonomically correct controls and built-in televisions. Choose from a selection of treadmills, bikes, step machines and elliptical trainers, as well as the recently introduced Technogym Cardio Wave machine. Strength-training equipment incorporates the latest in safety and comfort features – machines are easy to use and have features such as towel-locking devices, multi-size grips, contoured seats for optimal stability and range-of-motion limiters to prevent over-extension.
Personal trainers are available by appointment to assist with any of your fitness needs.
