Every Tuesday, enjoy an interactive hour with Ketsi Chef. Participants learn in a fun and casual way the preparation of some of the most representative dishes from the Mexican Cuisine. While he cooks, a round of questions and answers and a casual conversation set the tone for savor the results. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Ketsi is perfect anytime of day. Located near the pool with breathtaking ocean views, our restaurant is shaded by a traditional thatched palapa roof and serves modern interpretations of Mexican classics amid a chic casual Mexican-style décor. A la carte each morning features both American and Mexican favourites including the traditional chilaquiles. A variety of fresh, local fruits and vegetables are used throughout the dining menus, along with the catch of the day.
