Bahía

Named for the Spanish word for "bay," Bahía enjoys a prime location nestled among giant manzanilla trees on the Resort’s Las Cuevas beach. This contemporary beachfront grill offers a relaxed atmosphere with a sleek, contemporary design. At night, Bahía transforms into a casually elegant venue.

Three times a week, the chef greets a local fishing boat on the beach and selects the best offerings. Guests can choose their favourite fish and decide the style of cooking.

Bahía features a main dining room, a separate al fresco seating area perfect for large parties and a bar area – all positioned to take advantage of the venue's dramatic ocean views and tropical breezes. The focal point of the restaurant is a mesquite-burning open grill, located in plain view of the guests. Bahía's bar is the perfect place to enjoy one of our unique martinis while gazing at the Pacific.

Cooking classes

Every Saturday, Bahía offers cooking classes with Chef Juan Gaffuri. Participants prepare and enjoy a lunch featuring their choice of fish from the catch of the day, cooked on a wood-burning grill. The first half of the four-hour class is devoted to cooking instruction, while the second half is spent savouring the results. Bahía’s menu features top-quality fresh seafood, meats and seasonal vegetables served in simple, grilled presentations. A variety of signature sauces, salts and side items, served in unique dishes, is available to complement the grilled items. A special martini menu offers signature selections and presentation; an à la carte menu and a children's menu are also available.
