Each Monday event will include special, top-quality and even rare products. Guests are welcomed by maître d’hotel Enzo Turrisi, our mixologist Luca Marcellin and the producers with their most precious selection of products. The experience consists in the tasting of select whisky,gin, vodka, rum and grappas, enjoyed straight or mixed into a cocktail by Luca; the producers will be happy to entertain our guests throughout the evening by describing each spirit’s characteristics and some secrets behind the production.
The cocktail will be available at the Foyer Bar for the two weeks following the event.
The tasting is paired with a choice of warm and cold appetizers prepared by Chef Sergio Mei, which complete and enhance the drinking experience of distillates and cocktails.

Il Foyer is the Hotel's relaxed and elegant lounge, offering light hors d'oeuvres, snacks, desserts and cocktails. Located next to the Camino room in the main lobby, where the convent's church stood over 500 years ago, Il Foyer's walls are adorned with a collection of sketches that Filippo Peroni, a famed opera set designer and costumer, made for Teatro alla Scala. In the winter, a glowing fire creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy piano entertainment Monday to Saturday, 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm.
