Join us for a one-night-only collaborative evening as NUNA and IKIGAI present an unforgettable culinary event. The experience begins promptly at 7:00 pm and we kindly encourage you to arrive a few minutes early. The night will open with IKIGAI’s renowned Bluefin Tuna Cutting Ceremony, a traditional Japanese ronqueo in which a whole bluefin tuna is expertly broken down, piece by piece, right before your eyes. Following the ceremony, you'll indulge in an exclusive six-course tasting menu celebrating the art of sashimi, nigiri and innovative signature creations from both culinary teams. The menu will feature thoughtfully chosen wine pairings from Zuccardi.
