The Dining Room, the acclaimed restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Lanai, The Lodge at Koele, features rustic Hawaiian cuisine guided by a farm-to-table and ocean-to-table concept. The restaurant’s new menu showcases 100% local and sustainable ingredients sourced from throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
The restaurant offers a spectacular three-course tasting menu based on the availability of the freshest and most seasonal ingredients, which may be enjoyed with an optional wine pairing. The à la carte menu features regional appetizers such as Big Island beet terrine, Kona lobster ceviche and North Shore sweetcorn bisque. Main courses include Kahua grass-fed tenderloin, Hawaiian snapper and kampachi, and North Kohala lamb loin, and mouthwatering dessert specialties include pineapple crème brulée and gianduja Waialua chocolate tart.
