Our private yoga classes at The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru  are conducted by our resident yogi on the over-water yoga deck. Each 60- or 90-minute class can be enjoyed on its own or to enhance a particular ayurvedic or spa experience. Complimentary daily morning yoga and evening meditation classes are available to all guests.

This series of guided breathing techniques improves and balances the flow of the vital life force – prana.
