Technical assistance
Our meeting space is fully equipped to support the most technologically demanding presentations, with advanced lighting, audiovisual and staging capabilities and telecommunications and electrical hook-ups.
Audiovisual equipment includes:

- Flat-screen television
- DVD/CD player
Music and entertainment
Our marketing coordinator will be happy to assist in setting up any type of music or entertainment for your meeting or event. Should you wish to arrange entertainment from overseas, please enquire in advance so we can help you with proper permits or documents.
Receiving and maintenance
All packages should be sent to the attention of your group via the Resort's marketing coordinator; please include the group's check-in date. Packages will be stored in the Resort's storage area, but note that availability for storage is limited, so please time shipping to the date of your arrival.
Receiving dock
Please contact the Resort's marketing coordinator for special delivery arrangements for oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.
Post-conference shipping
Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through the Resort's marketing coordinator.
Maintenance
The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
Destination management companies
Our marketing team can help to accommodate your group's special requests through the Resort's or local resources.
Welcome amenities and VIP gifts
Arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities for their important guests. The Resort's Gift Certificates and Four Seasons Gift Cards are also available for purchase.
Spouse programs
Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa offers many activities to interest the spouses of meeting participants:

- Water sports such as diving, snorkelling, wakeboarding, parasailing and surfing

Family programs
The Resort will be pleased to help arrange appropriate on-site or off-site activities for visiting families. Our kids' club, Kuda Mas, offers a full range of activities to entertain our younger guests.
