Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills has unveiled Vinoteca, an Italian-inspired wine and espresso bar concept adjacent to Culina restaurant.
Drawing inspiration from Napoli, Vinoteca has curated a menu of hyper-seasonal sharable plates with a focus on traditional Italian street food, such as Montanara, fried pizza dough topped with lobster, prosciutto and eggplant.
To complement the Italian cuisine at Vinoteca, Wine Director Luca Bruno presents a “taste of Italy with California flair” through his handcrafted list of imported Italian wines and local varietals. In addition to approachable wines by the glass and bottle, Vinoteca offers 3 oz. flights as well as “Icon Wines” from the Coravin.
Designed to evoke a casual Italian sensibility, Vinoteca effortlessly transforms each morning into Vinoteca Espresso, a coffee hideaway equipped with a multi-tiered cold brew coffee maker, featuring South roast imports from Caffè Umbria and exclusive housemade breakfast pastries with an Italian twist crafted by Chef Federico Fernandez.
Vinoteca is located at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. The espresso bar opens daily starting at 6:30 am. Vinoteca Wine Bar is open Monday – Wednesday from 11:00 am to 10:30 pm; Thursday – Saturday from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm; and Sunday from 4:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
