Guests may choose from traditional breakfast items including made-to-order Belgian waffles, customised omelettes and delicious eggs Benedict. The Hotel’s brunch is available every Sunday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, and the entire Culina restaurant and Windows Lounge bar transform to accommodate brunch guests, who may choose between indoor seating or dining al fresco on Culina's terraza. The extensive array of food stations, each elegantly arranged and plated, fills multiple rooms and covers tables from edge to edge.
