  • TEAS

    English Breakfast
When tea replaced ale as the favored beverage at the breakfast table, it was an unblended China Keemun that was drunk. Blended true to the origin of “English Breakfast”, our connoisseur grade is mostly Keemun with just a hint of Ceylon to sweeten. This is not a mainstream tea blend but rather the product of thousands of hours of blending time and innovation have been invested in making this, most basic of all teas, a connoisseur grade, artisan blend.

    Flowery Earl Grey
An amazingly aromatic prescription for relaxation: Sip, inhale, unwind. One of our signature Earl Greys, accented with pretty blue cornflower petals. Bergamot oil is known for its calming and restorative properties.

    White Tip Darjeeling
This is a very rare tea from Darjeeling grown at between 6000 – 7500ft above sea level, each leaf is hand selected making Darjeeling White Tip is the of the world’s finest teas. The result is an incredibly light fresh flavour with mild muscatel notes.

    Assam
This is a black tea named after the region of its production, Assam, in India. This tea, most of which is grown at or near sea level, is known for its body, briskness, malty flavor, and strong, bright color.

Health and Well Being Green Tea
Harvested after the Spring rains on steep slopes high in China’s fog and mist-enshrouded Wuyi Mountains. This organic green tea, rich in antioxidants, is renowned for its flat green leaves, sweet cup and delicate aroma.

    Floral Jasmine
Delicately perfumed with golden jasmine blossoms, the first perfume to encourage reflection, awareness and contemplation. Fresh mellow overtones with a slightly astringent finish. Also makes a wonderful iced tea, brightened with a twist of fresh lemon.

    Imperial Oolong
Oolong, or semi-fermented tea, is known for its distinct fresh taste. The essential oils in tea are responsible for its flavor and aroma. The elusive character of oolong tea comes from the unusual pairing of both its fermented and its unfermented essential oils. This blend of Formosa (Taiwan) and China oolongs yields a cup, which is sweet, and yet dry, the epitome of a well-rounded oolong.

    Lapsang Souchong
Black tea from the Fujian province of China, Lapsang souchong's flavor is strong and smoky, similar to the smell of Latakia pipe tobacco. The flavour of the pine smoke is meant to complement the natural taste of the black tea, but should not overwhelm it.
